IX.br Infrastructure Manager, a project of the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br) implemented by NIC.br, which operates Internet Exchange Points in more than 30 locations across Brazil. He holds a degree in Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP) and an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
