Rodrigo Brandão

Rodrigo Brandão is a researcher at the Regional Center for Studies on the Development of the Information Society (Cetic.br), a department of the Brazilian Network Information Center (NIC.br). Previously, he served as a research fellow at the University of São Paulo’s (USP) Center for Artificial Intelligence, Advocacy and Public Policy Manager at Endeavor Brazil, Institutional Relations Specialist at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, and Assistant Coordinator of Studies and Debates at the Fernando Henrique Cardoso Foundation. He holds a PhD in Sociology, a Master’s in Political Science, a specialization in Economics, and a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences, all from the University of São Paulo (USP).
