Raphael Nishimura

Raphael Nishimura is the Director of Sampling Operations of the Survey Research Operations within the Survey Research Center at the Institute for Social Research of University of Michigan. He holds a PhD in Survey Methodology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of São Paulo. He has been working with surveys for 20 years, both in the private and academic sectors. His main research interest includes sampling and weighting methods, survey nonresponse and adaptive/responsive designs.
